Our home security camera installation service is performed in a five-step process:

• Step 1: Free Consultation: IP SHORTT LLC, offers a complimentary assessment of your property. After our evaluation, we will suggest a security design and the proper gear that will best address your home’s issues incorporating a monitoring or surveillance camera arrangement.

• Step 2: Installment Appointment: Once we have agreed upon a plan of action and quote we will work to determine an appointment date that will work for you.

• Step 3: Physical Install: On whatever date your schedule appointment falls on you can expect a visit from our instalation team to begin the process. A normal installation will include the following procedures:

o Running low voltage cables and/or power supply to your DVR/NVR and cameras.

o Camera mounting, instatement, and precise positioning.

o Proper system and network configuration services on cameras (if applicable).

o Setup of your system’s recording device (DVR/NVR).

o Specialty capability configuration (Motion Detection, Trigger Point Activation, Notification Setup).

• Step 4: Ensurance of Customer Satisfaction: At this point, we should have your system just about ready to go. We will go over camera placement, the configuration of your system’s specific capabilities and make sure that the product placement and recording schedules will proficiently meet your residential or bussiness security needs.

• Step 5: In this final step of the installation process we will work toward instructing you on how to properly work and access your system. During this step, we will train you on how to search through captured video for backup footage as well as how to easily access your security camera system’s recorded media remotely through a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
